Hand Crafted Hunting Knives
During the hunting off season I get busy in the workshop hand crafting High Quality Hunting Knives.
I use high quality, high Carbon tool steels and specialist stainless blade steels, combined with locally sourced natural antler and timbers.
specialising in using New Zealand Antler on my knives from the following Deer species;
- Red Stag
- Elk
- Sambar
I use only the best looking and most stable pieces of antler on my knives. Only 5% of Antler makes the grade!
For timber handles I use Stabilized, New Zealand Native Burl Wood where possible. The Sheaths are hand crafted from vegetable tanned cow hide are supplied with hunting knives.
