Tony’s Professional Guiding Experience
In addition to successfully guiding hunters over many years, Tony previously worked as a qualified NZMGA (New Zealand Mountain Guides Association) Mountain Trekking, Ice-climbing, Glacier and Helihike Guide. He has safely guided thousands of clients in the New Zealand mountains since 1996.
Qualifications and high-level experience gained in order to achieve this include NZMGA Glacier Level 1, NZMGA Glacier Level 2, Avalanche 1, Prehospital Emergency Care, NZMGA Mountain Skills, and many years’ of professional experience and safety training in relation to keeping clients safe whilst using helicopters as a mode of transport.
Tony’s experience in the mountains has seen him called to assist in New Zealand Mountain Search and Rescue Operations.
Tony’s a Qualified SCI Measurer
Tony is a qualified SCI Measurer so not only can he guide you to World Class Trophies, but he can measure them for you too!
